ATF Construction is a local, client-focused residential construction company committed to delivering quality remodels, repairs, renewals, restorations and custom builds.
Paul Noot, Owner
A third-generation builder hailing from Poulsbo, WA, Paul founded ATF Construction in 2008 as a fire restoration company (After The Fire, LLC) to rebuild the framework and character of his clients’s homes. In 2013, he grew the company’s focus to include custom home remodeling and new construction to provide our clients with all necessary services for projects of any size or magnitude
Brent Keefe, Site Operations Manager
Brent is a master carpenter and craftsman who has been with ATF since 2013. He is extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of the construction industry, and his ability to break down project technicalities allows him to effectively communicate and collaborate with our clients
Ann Caiola, Operations Manager
Ann brings over 20 years of experience in Business Management, HR, and Project Management to her role. She's behind the scenes keeping the company moving forward with hiring, HR/office procedures, document management, accounting, and general support.
